This is a rib-knit pullover with a high neck and balloon sleeves: wide through the arm, gathered into a ribbed cuff at the wrist. The body is cut loose and ends around the hip.
The yarn is a blend of polyester, acrylic, nylon and a little spandex, and the supplier calls the knit slightly stretchy. It comes in six colours and four sizes, S to XL.

The piece: a high neck pullover from M&Y
The sweater is sold under the label M&Y. Our supplier lists it as a ribbed, slightly stretchy pullover in 47% polyester, 35% acrylic, 15% nylon and 3% spandex, and describes it as imported without naming the country.
In the photos the ribs run straight down the body and change direction on the chest, where they form a shallow V under the neck. It is a small detail, but it stops a plain sweater from looking flat. The neck stands up on its own and can be folded over.
Who it's for
For you if you want one knit that covers the neck and still leaves your arms free to move. The sleeves are the roomy part, so it suits anyone who finds fitted knitwear tight around the upper arm.
The cut is generous in every size. The bust measures 104.1 cm in S and 116.8 cm in XL, so even the smallest size is meant to hang loose.

Fabric and feel: a four-fibre blend
The composition is 47% polyester, 35% acrylic, 15% nylon and 3% spandex. All four are synthetic fibres, so there is no animal fibre in this knit. The supplier describes the stretch as slight, which fits a rib: it gives a little when you pull it over your head and springs back.
In the photos the knit looks chunky, with clear ribs you can see from a distance. The supplier gives no fabric weight, so we will not guess how thick it is.
Fit and silhouette: loose body, hip length
Sizes S and M share a length of 61 cm and a sleeve of 48.3 cm; L and XL are 63.5 cm long with a 50.8 cm sleeve. What changes from size to size is mostly the width: 104.1, 106.7, 111.8 and 116.8 cm at the bust.
The sleeve figure looks short for a long sleeve. That is because the shoulders are dropped in the photos, so the sleeve starts lower on the arm. If you are between sizes, pick by the bust width you like in a loose sweater you already own.

Styling: jeans, a belt and one tucked corner
The photos show it two ways. Worn loose over black skinny trousers it reads relaxed; tucked in at the front of belted jeans it gets a waist. Both work, and the front tuck is worth trying if you are short and the hip length swallows you.
Because the neck is high, a necklace has nowhere to go. Earrings do the work here, or a hat, as in the pictures. White and beige look soft with light blue jeans. Black and gray are the ones to wear to the office.
Occasions
Wear it on cool days when you want your neck covered: to work, on a weekend walk, for coffee in town. It is an everyday sweater. For a dinner you can dress it up with tailored trousers and heeled boots, and it will still be the comfortable part of the outfit.
Care: hand wash cold, keep it out of the dryer
The supplier's care instructions are short: hand wash cold, do not tumble dry. Press the water out without wringing and dry the sweater flat, so the weight of the wet knit does not pull the sleeves longer.
The wow detail: sleeves with air in them
The sleeves make this sweater. They balloon out below the dropped shoulder and are pulled in again by a long ribbed cuff, so the volume sits around the forearm. Push the cuffs up a little and the shape gets even rounder.
