This turtleneck sweater is a single colour, and the interest is all in the knit. Raised lines cross the body and sleeves to form large diamonds, and the rib inside each one runs a different way.

The piece: geometric knit, high collar
Our shop lists this sweater under the name Sunmi; the supplier's page shows no brand. The supplier calls it a geometric turtleneck with long sleeves and files it under basic style, in 100% acrylic.
The photos show a high ribbed collar, ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem. The shoulder seam sits a little down the arm, which gives the sweater its relaxed shape. All eight colours are pictured in the same three poses, so judge the shade from the picture and the knit from the close-ups.
Who it's for
For you if you want a plain winter sweater that is not boring up close. The pattern is tone on tone, so it works at the office, and the colours go from quiet ivory and black to hot pink and lime.
The cut is roomy. With a bust of 104.1 cm in S there is space for a shirt or a thermal top underneath.

Fabric and feel: acrylic knit
The composition is 100% acrylic. Acrylic is a man-made fibre that is light for its bulk, holds bright colour well and can go in the washing machine. The supplier lists the stretch as moderate.
The supplier gives no yarn weight or gauge. In the close-ups the knit looks medium thick, with a clear rib.
Fit and silhouette: relaxed and hip length
Size M has a bust of 109 cm, a sleeve of 55.4 cm and a length of 68.3 cm. Across the range the bust runs from 104.1 cm to 124 cm and the length from 67.3 cm to 71.4 cm.
Those are generous numbers, and the photos agree: the sweater falls loosely to the hip. If you like a closer fit, compare the bust with a sweater you own before you choose.

Styling: one bright thing
The photos pair every colour with dark grey trousers, and that is a good rule for the bright ones: let the sweater be the colour and keep the rest calm. Jeans, a plain skirt or wide trousers all work.
Half-tuck the front if you want to show your waist. A long necklace is wasted on a turtleneck; earrings do more.
Occasions
Wear it to work, on a weekend in town, on a winter walk under a coat or at home on the sofa. It is a sweater for most days between October and March.
Care: cold wash, low dryer
The supplier's care instructions: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. We would turn the sweater inside out and dry it flat when we can, because knits keep their shape better that way. That tip is ours.
The wow detail: rib in every direction
Look closely at one diamond. The rib inside it runs up and down, and in the next one it runs on the diagonal. Light catches each panel differently, so a single colour ends up with several shades.
