• FAL.ai - third-party AI provider for image and video generation
• Kling 3.0 (via FAL.ai) - for premium video generation

Your prompts and generated content may be used to improve service quality but are not used to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

4.2 Lucy AI Assistant

Conversations with Lucy are processed using AI language models. Chat history may be stored for: continuity of conversation, customer service improvement, and training our in-house AI systems. You can request deletion of your chat history at any time.

4.3 Generated Content

AI-generated designs, videos, and mockups are stored on our servers and may be cached by CDN providers. Shared videos and designs may persist on social media platforms according to those platforms' data policies.
