During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, end-of-season sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We offer FREE standard shipping on all EU orders over €69. For the UK, free shipping applies to orders over €89, and for the US, orders over €99. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@wowstore.live.
