Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the product:
- Netherlands & Belgium: 3-7 business days
- EU (Germany, France, Spain, etc.): 5-12 business days
- UK & Switzerland: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track your order anytime through the link in your confirmation email.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over EUR 69.
For orders under EUR 69, a flat shipping fee applies based on your region. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the tracking link to see real-time updates on your delivery status. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We work with multiple fulfillment partners across Europe, the US, and Asia to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible — but you can always return items under our 30-day return policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. EU customers also have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. Read the full Return & Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact our care team at support@wowstore.live with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. You can also use the live chat on our website — look for the chat bubble in the bottom corner.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry if that happens. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our end. Email support@wowstore.live or use our live chat.

How do I find the right size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements across all product categories. Each product page also includes specific sizing information. When in between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are your products good quality?
Every product in our catalog goes through our AI-powered quality screening process before it's listed. We work with established suppliers across Europe, the US, and Asia who meet our standards for materials, construction, and durability. Product descriptions are detailed and honest — we describe what you'll actually receive.
Where are your products made?
We work with a curated network of suppliers and manufacturers around the world. Origin details are included in individual product listings. Our AI compliance system screens all products and suppliers against ethical standards before listing.
