Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt. If you pay with PayPal, the charge appears on your PayPal account right away.

Prices on our store include applicable VAT for EU customers. For orders shipped outside the EU, your local customs office may apply import duties or taxes upon delivery. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually make changes or cancel it for you. Please contact our WowStore Care team at support@wowstore.live as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes but you can return the item after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
