1. Definitions

1.1 Platform Entities

"WowStore," "we," "us," or "our" refers to WowStore.live, operated under the etonomous.ai ecosystem, including its owners, directors, officers, employees, AI agents, and representatives.

"Website" or "Platform" refers to wowstore.live and all associated subdomains (including account.wowstore.live, ai-api.wowstore.live), mobile applications, APIs, and connected services.

1.2 User Entities

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform, whether as a guest, registered customer, creator, affiliate, or supplier.

"Creator" refers to a User who participates in the WowStore Creator Program by designing, submitting, or monetizing original designs.

"Affiliate" refers to a User enrolled in the WowStore Affiliate or Ambassador Program.

1.3 Products & Services

"Products" refers to all physical goods, print-on-demand items, digital products, gift cards, and customized merchandise available through the Platform.

"AI Services" refers to all AI-powered features including: AI Design Studio (also referred to as "AI Creative Studio" on third-party platforms such as TikTok), Lucy AI Assistant, design generation, video generation, virtual try-on, prompt optimization, and automated product recommendations.

"Tokens" or "Credits" refers to the digital currency used within the Platform to access premium features, generate AI content, and create shareable videos.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Account Registration

To access certain features (including AI Design Studio, credit purchases, order tracking, and affiliate programs), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at legal@wowstore.live.

2.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Minors may use the Platform only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse AI Services, or infringe on the rights of others. Remaining token balances may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

3. Products & Commerce

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. AI-generated product images and mockups are illustrative representations and may differ from the final printed product.

3.2 Print-on-Demand Products

Custom and print-on-demand (POD) products are manufactured to order by our supply partners (including Zendrop, Printful, Printify, and Gelato). Due to the custom nature of POD products:

• Colors may vary slightly between screen display and physical product
• Print placement and sizing follow industry-standard POD specifications (300 DPI)
• Custom POD products are generally non-returnable unless defective
• Production and delivery times vary by product type and supplier

3.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other approved processors.

3.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, methods, and costs vary by product type, supplier, and destination. Estimated delivery times are guidance and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

3.5 Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Custom and POD products are exempt from standard returns unless defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved design. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. AI Design Studio & AI Services

4.1 AI Design Generation

The AI Design Studio allows Users to generate original designs using text prompts and AI models (including FAL.ai, FLUX, and self-hosted models). Generated designs are provided as-is and may vary in quality, accuracy, and suitability for printing.

4.2 Ownership of AI-Generated Content

Designs created by Users through the AI Design Studio are owned by the User, subject to:

• Users retain rights to their original text prompts and creative direction
• AI-generated images are subject to the underlying AI model licensing terms
• WowStore retains a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and use generated designs for platform improvement, marketing, and the Design of the Week feature
• Users warrant that their prompts do not infringe on third-party intellectual property

4.3 Video Generation (Kling 3.0)

The Platform offers premium video generation powered by Kling 3.0 and other video AI models:

• Video content is generated for personal use, social sharing, and promotional purposes
• Generated videos include WowStore branding (watermark and call-to-action)
• Users grant WowStore permission to use shared videos for marketing purposes
• Video quality, speed, and availability depend on third-party providers and are not guaranteed
• Token costs for video generation are non-refundable once generation has started

4.4 Virtual Try-On

The virtual try-on feature uses AI image-to-image technology to create approximate previews. These are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee exact product appearance.

4.5 Lucy AI Assistant

Lucy is WowStore's AI-powered voice and chat assistant providing shopping assistance, design recommendations, and style advice. Lucy's responses are AI-generated and should not be relied upon as professional advice. WowStore is not liable for actions taken based on Lucy's recommendations.

4.6 Prohibited AI Uses

Users may not use AI Services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Create designs infringing on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or IP
• Generate deepfakes, misleading imagery, or deceptive content
• Reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate AI models or systems
• Overload, abuse, or exploit AI Services beyond normal consumer use
• Generate content promoting violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities

5. Tokens, Credits & Digital Currency

5.1 Token System

WowStore uses a token/credit system for premium features. Tokens can be earned through: daily login bonuses, email signup rewards, referral program, social sharing, direct purchase, and promotional codes.

5.2 Token Purchases

Purchased tokens are digital goods and are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Token prices are listed in EUR and may change without prior notice. Purchased tokens do not expire unless the account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

5.3 What Wows Cost

Wows are spent on optional extras. The cost is always shown before you confirm, and your balance is only reduced once the feature runs. Current prices:

One free look reveal is included each day, so the Mix & Match game can be played without spending Wows. Prices may change as features change; the price shown at the moment you confirm is the price you pay.

Redeeming Wows against an order: 500 Wows convert to a €5 single-use discount code, up to a maximum of €50 per code. Only Wows earned from your own orders, your first purchase, or a successful referral can be redeemed this way; Wows given as bonuses, prizes or gifts are spent on the features above rather than converted to money.

5.4 Earned and Free Wows

Wows you earn rather than buy (welcome bonus, daily check-ins, order rewards, referrals, prizes and promotions) are valid for as long as your account is active. If your account shows no activity for 12 consecutive months, earned Wows may expire. Purchased Wows are never affected by this rule (see 5.2). Earned Wows may carry usage limits or feature restrictions, and WowStore may change or end a free-credit programme at any time with notice on this page; such a change never removes Wows already credited to your account.

5.5 No Monetary Value

Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold to third parties. Tokens are a license to access digital services, not a stored-value instrument, security, or cryptocurrency.

6. Creator Program & Intellectual Property

6.1 Creator Program

The WowStore Creator Program allows Users to monetize original designs. Participation includes: revenue sharing arrangements, content quality standards, minimum activity requirements, and WowStore's right to feature and distribute Creator designs.

6.2 Design of the Week

WowStore may select outstanding designs for the Design of the Week feature. Selected Creators receive recognition, promotional exposure, and potential bonus credits. By submitting designs, Users consent to potential selection and public display.

6.3 Intellectual Property Rights

Platform IP: All WowStore branding, logos, website design, AI models, algorithms, software code, and proprietary technology are owned by WowStore and protected by intellectual property laws. The WowStore name, logo, and The 1% Movement are trademarks of WowStore.

User IP: Users retain ownership of their original creative inputs. Users grant WowStore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute User-generated content for platform operations and marketing.

Third-Party IP: Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe on third-party IP rights. WowStore complies with applicable takedown procedures upon receiving valid infringement claims.

6.4 DMCA & Copyright Complaints

Submit copyright notices to legal@wowstore.live including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief.

7. Affiliate & Ambassador Program

7.1 Program Participation

The WowStore Affiliate and Ambassador Programs allow Users to earn commissions by promoting WowStore products, subject to approval and compliance with program guidelines.

7.2 Commission Structure

Commission rates, tiers, and payment terms are described in the Affiliate Program page and may be modified. Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases through valid affiliate links.

7.3 Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not: engage in spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices; bid on WowStore branded keywords in paid search; create fake reviews; or artificially inflate clicks, impressions, or sales.

8. The 1% Movement & Social Impact

8.1 Mission Commitment

WowStore gives 5% of each sale to causes mapped to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The 5% is calculated on the sale, not on profit. WowStore publishes the amount given.

8.2 Social Initiatives

WowStore operates social impact programs including the Clothing Bank Program, Student Discount Program, and Community Initiatives. These programs may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at WowStore's discretion.

8.3 No Ownership, Token or Investment Scheme

WowStore does not offer any form of community ownership, tokenised equity, revenue share, profit share or investment instrument, and does not solicit investment of any kind. Any earlier reference in these Terms to community ownership or tokenisation, including references to a “1% Movement Manifesto”, is withdrawn.

The 1% Movement is a statement of market ambition — that one percent of the market comes to shop this way, and that other merchants adopt the same model — and is a marketing position, not a financial product. It is separate from, and must not be confused with, our giving: WowStore gives 5% of each sale to a cause the customer chooses, paid through PayPal Giving Fund UK (registered charity no. 1110538). Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, an investment opportunity, or a promise of any financial return.

9. Digital Product Records

9.1 No Wearability Mining Programme

WowStore does not operate a “Wearability Mining” programme or any scheme that pays Users for owning or wearing items. Any earlier reference to one is withdrawn. Should a rewards programme of this kind ever be introduced, its mechanics and eligibility will be published in these Terms before it operates.

9.2 No NFT or Blockchain Features

WowStore does not issue NFTs, does not pair products with blockchain certificates or “digital twins”, and does not operate a token on any blockchain. Any earlier reference to NFT-twinned products is withdrawn.

WowStore may in future keep durable digital records for individual products in order to meet European requirements such as the Digital Product Passport. Any such record would be a transparency and compliance measure describing the product. It would not be a financial instrument, would confer no ownership or resale right beyond your ordinary rights as the owner of the physical item, and would not be tradable.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 GDPR Compliance

WowStore is committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection laws. See our full Privacy Policy.

10.2 AI Data Usage

When using AI Services, your prompts, design preferences, and interaction data may be processed to generate content, improve AI models, and personalize your experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties. AI-generated content may be processed by third-party providers subject to their respective privacy policies.

10.3 Cookie Policy

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and personalization. Manage preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, AI Services, and all content are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind. WowStore does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, AI-generated content will be accurate or bias-free, POD products will exactly match digital previews, or token-based services will always be available.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

11.3 AI-Specific Limitations

WowStore is not liable for: inaccurate, offensive, or infringing AI-generated content; failed or unsatisfactory video generations; loss of tokens due to technical failures (reasonable remedies will be offered); or decisions made based on Lucy AI recommendations.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WowStore from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: your use of the Platform; violation of these Terms; content you generate, upload, or share; infringement of third-party rights; or participation in Creator, Affiliate, or Ambassador programs.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they provide greater protection.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at legal@wowstore.live to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
