You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. This exceeds the EU consumer law minimum of 14 days, because we want you to shop with complete confidence.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Refund Options

  • Exchange: We will ship a replacement item at no additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately:

  • Provide photo or video evidence of the damage
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund
  • No physical return required for most damaged items

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the item you received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Shipping

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Changed your mind: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • EU customers: We can provide a discounted return shipping label upon request

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We are happy to exchange your item. Simply contact us within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the replacement item is a higher price, we will notify you of the difference before shipping.

EU Consumer Rights

As an EU-based company registered in the Netherlands, we comply with all EU consumer protection regulations.
