An oversized turtleneck sweater in one size and twelve colours
This turtleneck sweater is meant to be big. It comes in one size, with dropped shoulders, long sleeves and a body that measures 119.9 cm around the bust. The collar is wide and folds over.
The knit is 50% viscose, 30% polyester and 20% polyamide with moderate stretch, and it can go in the washing machine on cold. There are twelve colours, from white and taupe to royal blue and orange.

The label is Basic Bae. The supplier lists it as basic style with moderate stretch, in 50% viscose, 30% polyester and 20% polyamide, and as imported without a country.
The photos show the same shape in every colour: a roomy body, ribbed cuffs, a ribbed hem with a slit at each side, and a back that hangs a little lower than the front. Many of the images look digitally produced, so we rely on them for colour and outline only.

For you if you like a sweater you can disappear into. One size means it is oversized on a small frame and relaxed on a larger one, so check the measurements against your own before you order.

Fabric and feel: viscose, polyester and polyamide
Half of the yarn is viscose, a fibre made from wood pulp that tends to feel smooth and drape well. The rest is polyester (30%) and polyamide (20%). The supplier describes the stretch as moderate.
The supplier gives no weight and makes no claim about warmth, and neither do we. In the photos the knit is fine and even, with a soft, slightly fuzzy surface.
Fit and silhouette: one size, cut wide
These are the measurements, converted from the supplier's inches: length 62 cm, bust 119.9 cm, shoulder width 61 cm, sleeve 52.1 cm. The sleeve is measured from the dropped shoulder seam, which is why it sounds short.
Compare the bust figure with a sweater you own. If yours measures around 100 cm, this one will hang loose; if yours is already near 120 cm, it will fit like a regular sweater.

Styling: big on top, simple below
The photos pair it with white pleated skirts, straight jeans and slim black trousers. All three work because the bottom half stays simple. Try tucking only the front corner in to show your waist.
With twelve colours you can go either way. White, taupe, the two grays, black and chocolate brown are the calm ones. Royal blue, orange, green and burgundy are for days when the sweater is the outfit.
Occasions
Wear it to work with tailored trousers, at the weekend with jeans, or at home with leggings. It is an autumn and winter sweater for ordinary days, and it travels well because one size leaves nothing to get wrong.
Care: machine wash cold
The supplier says machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Viscose knits can stretch when they hang wet, so drying flat is the careful option. That is our tip, in addition to the supplier's instructions.
The wow detail: the hem
Look at the side views. The ribbed hem is split at each side and the back panel drops lower than the front. So the sweater covers you from behind and stays short enough in front to show a waistband or a skirt.
