The photos show a band with a fine ribbed surface, the look of elastic webbing, ending in smooth black tabs that carry the two buckle halves. The halves hook into each other. One photo shows the belt worn at the waist over a white dress, and that is how a belt of this width is meant to be worn.

Styling: over dresses, shirts and coats
