Wows — Program Rules
Last updated: 28 June 2026. These rules govern the WowStore Wows rewards programme. By earning, buying, or spending Wows you agree to them.
1. What are Wows?
Wows are WowStore’s rewards currency. 1 Wow = €0.01 in programme value. Wows are a loyalty benefit, not money, not legal tender, and have no cash-out value except as expressly described in “Redeeming Wows” below. They live in your WowStore account.
2. How to get Wows

Packs are credited automatically to your account once payment is confirmed. Pack Wows are spendable on AI features and perks; they are not redeemable for store-discount codes (see §4).

Tiers are based on your spend in the current calendar year. Birthday bonus: 100 / 250 / 500 Wows by tier.
4. Spending & redeeming Wows
Spend Wows on AI Studio features and perks — e.g. Lucy AI try-on or design (100 Wows), AI video (500), VIP day pass (250), free shipping (400), Style Arena entry (200), exclusive POD design (300).
Redeem Wows for a single-use store discount code — 500 Wows = a €5 code (in €5 units, up to €50 per code). Important fairness rule: only Wows you earned from purchases (and referrals) are redeemable for store credit. Free Wows — from the daily check-in, sign-up bonus, sharing, and bought packs — power AI features and perks but are not cashable. This keeps the programme sustainable. Redeeming requires a logged-in account.
5. Expiry
Purchased Wows are valid for 24 months. Earned Wows remain valid while your account stays active (12 months of inactivity may expire earned Wows). Redeemed discount codes follow their stated expiry.
6. Account, eligibility & AI verification
One account per person. Wows are tied to your account and are not transferable or saleable. Full features — saving designs, your Virtual Closet, AI video, and uploading your own photo — require a logged-in, verified account. Because our AI can render people, AI video and real-photo features require a completed purchase and your one-time consent that you hold the rights to any image you upload and accept our AI content rules (no deepfakes; no other people without their consent).
7. Fair use
Wows are for genuine shoppers. Creating multiple accounts, automating actions, or otherwise gaming the programme may result in adjusted balances, voided rewards, or suspension. The sign-up bonus is granted once per person.
8. Changes
WowStore may update earn rates, spend costs, pack contents, and these rules to keep the programme fair and sustainable; material changes will be reflected here. The programme is operated by Wow Store-nl (KVK 96545720), Amsterdam, Netherlands, and governed by Dutch law. Wows have no value outside the programme and may be discontinued with reasonable notice.
