Material: embossed faux leather

The supplier states PU faux leather outside and polyester inside. In the photos the surface has a pressed, woven-look texture with a matte finish, and the smooth parts have a soft sheen. Faux leather wipes clean easily, which helps on a light colour like beige.

Size: 29 x 13 x 23 cm

The supplier lists 29 cm in length, 13 cm in width and 23 cm in height. That figure comes from the supplier text only; there is no measurement photo. In the photos the bag is wider at the base than at the top.

The supplier gives no strap length. The strap is adjustable, but if you want to wear the bag crossbody, ask us for the length first.

Styling: pick your neutral

Black, brown and beige are the everyday choices. The yellowish brown is closer to rust in the photos and looks good with jeans and cream. Wine red is the one for autumn coats. The blue is a soft grey-blue, a calm colour that is easier to wear than it sounds.

Carry it by the handles for work, and clip on the strap when you need your hands for a coffee and a phone.

Occasions

Take it to the office, or to lunch with a friend. It also wraps well as a gift, because it keeps its shape.

Care: a damp cloth and a shelf

The supplier gives no care instructions. As general practice for faux leather bags: wipe marks off with a damp cloth, dry the bag afterwards, and store it standing on a shelf so the shape stays. Keep it away from heaters and long hours of direct sun.

The wow detail: the pressed pattern

From a distance the bag is one calm colour. Up close the whole surface is a small woven grid, pressed into the material. It gives a plain shape some depth, and it catches the light differently as you move.
