Tessita sells this skirt through a fashion wholesaler in Poland. The maker's text is short and clear: a midi skirt with a circle cut, a decorative zip at the back, and a fabric chosen so the skirt looks good in motion.
A circle cut means the pattern is close to a full circle of cloth with the waist cut out of the middle. That is where the swing comes from. There are no pleats or gathers at the waistband in the photos; the width is all in the hem.
Who it's for
For you if you like a skirt you can walk, cycle and dance in without thinking about it. The wide hem gives your legs room, and the midi length keeps you covered when the wind picks up.

The maker does not mention a lining or pockets, and the photos show neither. We have two photos of this skirt, a front and a back, so that is all we can confirm.
Fabric and feel: polyester with a little stretch
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. In the photos the fabric is smooth and matte, and heavy enough to fall in round folds instead of fluttering. The spandex gives the waistband some give.
The maker says the material was picked for how it looks in motion. We can't tell you how thick it is; the data has no fabric weight.
Fit and silhouette: fitted waist, full hem
Only the waist needs to fit. Below the waistband the skirt widens straight away, so your hip size hardly matters. The maker's table lists a waist of 70 cm for S, 76 cm for M, 82 cm for L, 88 cm for XL and 95 cm for XXL.
The length is 85 cm in all sizes. On the model that reaches mid-calf. If you are shorter it will sit closer to the ankle, and if you are tall it becomes a true below-the-knee skirt. Measure from your waist down to see where 85 cm lands on you.

The maker says the skirt works in an elegant style and in a casual or even sporty one. The photos take the middle road: a plain grey T-shirt tucked in, blush sandals with an ankle strap and big round earrings.
For the sporty version, wear white trainers and a cropped sweatshirt. For a wedding or a garden party, a fitted white top and heeled sandals. Keep the top short or tucked in, because a wide skirt needs a clear waist above it.

From the front this is a soft, pale skirt. Turn around and there is a dark zip lying on top of the fabric, straight down from the waistband. It gives the back view an edge and stops all that light blue from looking too sweet.
