This sequin sleeve mini dress keeps the sparkle where it moves: on the arms. The body is plain and matte, the neck is round, and the long sleeves are covered in sequins from shoulder to cuff.
It is 100% polyester, without stretch and without a lining. You can choose burgundy or black, in sizes S to 2XL.

The piece: plain body, party sleeves, by Oléna
The dress is sold under the label Oléna. The supplier lists sequins, calls the dress semi-sheer and says it has no stretch and no lining.
The photos explain the semi-sheer part. The sleeves are a see-through fabric with sequins sewn on, so a little skin shows between them. The body looks opaque. The sleeves are cut full and gathered into a plain cuff at the wrist, and the back is as plain as the front.
Who it's for
For you if you want to look festive without wearing sequins from top to bottom. A plain body is easier to sit, eat and dance in than a full sequin dress, and it does not scratch under your arms the same way.
It is a short dress. On the model the hem sits well above the knee, so if you like more coverage, plan on tights, as the photos do.

Fabric and feel: polyester without stretch
The supplier gives one composition for the whole dress: 100% polyester. It also says the fabric does not stretch and the body is not lined. That matters for two things. You need the right size, because the dress will not give. And you may want a slip underneath if you like a layer between fabric and skin.
We have no fabric weight. In the photos the body looks smooth and medium in thickness, and the sleeves look light.
Fit and silhouette: a straight, short shift
The shape is a straight shift. Size S measures 91.9 cm at the bust, 37.1 cm across the shoulders and 85.1 cm in length. Size 2XL measures 114 cm, 40.9 cm and 88.9 cm. The supplier gives these figures in inches; we converted them and rounded to one decimal.
Because there is no stretch, measure a dress you own that has no stretch either and compare the bust. Between two sizes we would take the larger one. The length barely changes between sizes, so sizing up will not make it much longer.

Styling: tights, heels, one small bag
The photos show the burgundy dress with tights in the same shade, heels and a silver-tone clutch. Tone-on-tone tights make a short dress look longer, and the trick works in black too.
The sleeves are busy enough, so we would skip bracelets and wear earrings instead. Over the top, a long plain coat is the easy answer. Avoid a rough knit cardigan, because sequins tend to catch on it.
Occasions
This is a dress for December: the office party, Christmas dinner, New Year's Eve. It also works for a birthday or a night at the theatre in any other month. The photos were taken next to a Christmas tree, and that is where it looks most at home.
Care: cold wash, low dryer
The supplier's care instructions: machine wash cold, tumble dry low. With sequins we would be gentler than that and wash the dress inside out in a laundry bag, then let it dry on a hanger. That extra care is our advice; the supplier only gives the two lines above.
