This leopard print mini skirt by Chic Charm is short, shiny and playful. A narrow tie makes a bow at the waist, the top half sits close to the hip and the hem flares out in a flounce.
It is made of 100% polyester and is not lined. The length is 38.1 cm in S and 39.9 cm in L, and there are three sizes.

The piece: a short skirt by Chic Charm
The label is Chic Charm. The supplier's spec list has four lines: tied, not lined, 100% polyester, imported. It does not mention stretch.
The product photos fill in the build. There is a flat waistband, a tie that threads round it and knots in a bow, a concealed zip, and a seam at hip level where the flounce begins. The fabric has a soft sheen that makes the print look richer than it would on a matte fabric.
Who it's for
For you if you like a short skirt and are happy to let it be the loud part of the outfit. With tights and boots it works well into winter.

Fabric and feel: polyester with a sheen
The skirt is 100% polyester. In the close-ups the fabric is smooth with a gentle shine and it falls in soft folds at the flounce. The supplier names no weave and gives no weight.
There is no lining. A smooth unlined skirt can cling to tights, so a slip short underneath is worth having.
Fit and silhouette: fitted at the waist, flared at the hem
The waist measures 64 cm in S, 68.1 cm in M and 71.9 cm in L. The hip is 96 cm, 100.1 cm and 103.9 cm, which leaves room because of the flounce. Length is 38.1 cm, 39.1 cm and 39.9 cm. We converted the supplier's inches.
The supplier does not mention stretch, and the waistband has a zip, so buy by your waist measurement. The tie is decorative; it will not make a loose waist smaller by much. On the model the skirt sits at the waist and ends at the upper thigh.

Styling: black on top
The photos pair the skirt with a black cardigan with fluffy cuffs, a small black bag and sunglasses. Black is the easy partner for leopard, and a slightly oversized knit balances the short hem.
For colder days add black tights and knee boots. In summer a white tee and flat sandals take it down a notch.
Occasions
Wear it for drinks, a night out, a birthday or a concert. With a big jumper and boots it also works for a Saturday in town.
Care: cold wash, bow untied
The supplier says machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Untie the bow and close the zip before washing, and use a laundry bag so the tie does not wrap around other clothes.

Standing still, this is a neat little skirt. Walk, and the flounce starts to swing, and the sheen on the fabric makes the spots flicker. It is a skirt that looks better moving than on a hanger.
