Materials and build: what the supplier states

The material line reads: suede, rubber. From the photos the brushed upper is the part that would be suede and the sole the part that would be rubber. We have no certificate or lab report for either, and the supplier does not describe the lining or insole.

A brushed surface marks more easily than a smooth one, and it shows water. Keep that in mind if you plan to wear them in the rain.

Size and foot length

The supplier's chart gives a foot length per EU size, from 22.9 cm for size 36 to 25.9 cm for size 42. Measure your foot standing, heel to longest toe, and choose the size at or just above that length.

No width is given, and the supplier does not say whether they run small. Between two sizes we would take the larger.

Styling: let the print lead

The photos show them with cropped blue jeans, and that is hard to improve on. Black trousers and a camel coat work too, because both colours are already in the shoe.

We would keep the rest of the outfit plain. A second print next to leopard usually looks busy.

Occasions

Autumn walks on dry days, coffee in town, a casual office, weekends away. They are everyday shoes and the supplier does not sell them as sports shoes.

Care

The supplier gives no care instructions. For a brushed upper, a dry soft brush is the usual way to lift dust and marks. We would not put them in the washing machine.
