This keyhole neck satin blouse has one idea and carries it out neatly: a stand collar that twists into a knot at the front, with a long, narrow opening below it. The sleeves are short and the fabric has a clear sheen.
It is 100% polyester without stretch. There are four colours and five sizes, S to 2XL.

The piece: a dressy top by PassionFlower
The supplier sums it up in three words: cutout, twisted, buttoned. The cutout is the keyhole at the front, the twist is the knot at the collar, and the button sits at the back of the neck, where a second, smaller keyhole lets you get the blouse over your head.
The material is listed as 100% polyester with no stretch, and the supplier's title calls it satin. The product photos are styled images. They give a fair idea of the cut and the colours, and we would rely on the size chart for everything else.

Fabric and feel: polyester satin with a sheen
Satin is a weave, and here it is woven from 100% polyester. That gives the smooth, shiny face you see in the photos. The supplier says the fabric does not stretch and gives no weight or lining details.
Smooth satin shows water marks and snags more easily than a matte fabric. Rings with sharp settings and rough bag straps are worth watching.
Fit and silhouette: easy through the body
Size S measures 96 cm at the bust and 63 cm in length; size 2XL measures 118.1 cm and 67.1 cm. The gathers from the collar add room over the chest, and in the photos the blouse is tucked into high-waisted trousers.
There is no stretch, so the bust figure is what you get. Compare it with a woven blouse you own. The supplier gives the chart in inches; we converted it and rounded to one decimal.

Styling: tucked in, kept simple
The photos pair every colour with black high-waisted trousers, and that is hard to beat. A pencil skirt or dark straight jeans work too. Skip the necklace, because the knot and the keyhole already fill that space. Earrings and a watch are enough.
Off-white and black are the office colours. Red and peacock teal are the ones for a party.
Occasions
Wear it to a presentation, a work dinner, a Christmas lunch or a birthday where you want to look put together. With a blazer over it the keyhole still shows, so it works in a formal office as well.
Care: cold wash, low heat
According to the supplier you can machine wash it cold and tumble dry it low. With satin we would add a laundry bag and close the back button first. If you press it, use low heat on the inside of the fabric.

Everything starts at the knot. The collar wraps into it, the gathers fan out from it, and the keyhole hangs below it. Take the knot away and you have a plain short-sleeved top. With it, you have a blouse people remember.
