The piece: model 220709 by Step in style
The maker calls the design classic and says it fits many looks, from everyday to dressier. Looking at the photos, I agree. The toe is rounded, the heel is wide and has a stacked look, and there is a slim platform under the front of the foot.
The top edge is not straight. It dips a little at the front and rises at the back, which makes the ankle look longer and gives your foot room to flex.
Who they're for
For you if you want height you can rely on. 8.5 cm is a real heel, but a block spreads your weight in a way a thin heel cannot, and the small platform takes some of the slope away.

Materials and build
The upper is artificial leather according to the maker, which we call faux leather: man-made, not animal hide. The footbed is fabric. The sole and heel materials are not stated.
In the photos the upper is smooth with a soft sheen and creases gently where the foot bends. The heel has horizontal lines that give it a stacked look. Whether that is a finish or the way it is built, the data does not say.
Size and measurements
The maker sizes them by insole length: 23.5 cm in 36, 24 cm in 37 and 24.5 cm in 38. Then the table jumps to 25.5 cm in 39, followed by 26 cm in 40 and 26.5 cm in 41.
That jump matters if you sit between 38 and 39. Measure your foot and choose the insole that is a few millimetres longer. In a heel this high the foot slides forward a little, so too long is as uncomfortable as too short.

Styling: cropped hems and bare ankles
The photos show them with beige cropped trousers and a strip of bare ankle. It is a good formula: the gap between hem and boot makes the heel look deliberate.
They also go under wide trousers, where only the toe and the heel show and you simply look taller. With a midi skirt and tights they turn dressy. With straight jeans and a trench coat they are a weekday standard.
Occasions
