A ribbed midi dress with batwing sleeves
This ribbed midi dress by Numoco is loose on top and fitted below. The batwing sleeves are cut wide to the elbow and then narrow into long ribbed cuffs, the waist is gathered with elastic, and the skirt runs straight to just below the knee.
The knit is 95% acrylic with 5% spandex. It is around 104 cm long and made in Poland.

The piece: two colours in rib knit
Numoco sells through a Polish fashion wholesaler and states that this dress is produced in Poland. The supplier describes it as a striped dress with ribbed sleeves in an elastic material that is pleasant to the touch. The stripes are the ribs of the knit, which you can see in the close photos.
Two colours are active: a blue the supplier calls the colour of the sea, and beige. The first three photos show a bottle green version. That was an earlier model in a different fabric, a polyester with a suede texture, and it is no longer active at the supplier.
Who it's for
For you if you want a knit dress that is easy on the upper body and still shows a waist. The batwing top has room for any bust and hides upper arms. The skirt is the fitted part.
Check the hip measurement before you order: 86 cm in S and 96 cm in XL is on the small side, even with stretch.

The data mentions no zip, and the photos show none. A stretch knit with a wide neck usually pulls on over the head, but the maker does not say so.
Fabric and feel: acrylic rib with stretch
The two active colours are 95% acrylic and 5% spandex. The supplier calls the material elastic and pleasant to the touch. Acrylic knits are soft and light, and the rib adds stretch across the body on top of what the spandex gives.
If you are looking at the green photos: that version was listed as 95% polyester and 5% spandex with a suede texture. What we sell now is the rib knit.
Fit and silhouette: wide chest, narrow hips
The size table looks unusual, and the cut explains it. The chest is 100 cm in S and 104 cm in M because the batwing top is wide. The waist is 64 and 66 cm because it is elastic and measured relaxed. The hips are 86 and 90 cm because the skirt is narrow and relies on stretch.
Choose by your hips. Length is 104 cm in S and M, 105 cm in L and 107 cm in XL, which puts the hem just below the knee on the model.

Styling: a long pendant and heels
In the photos the dress is worn with a pendant on a long chain, which suits the wide neckline, and with heeled sandals. A narrow skirt to the knee looks good with a pointed pump or a slim ankle boot.
In winter, add tights in a matching tone and a long coat. A belt over the elastic waist is optional; the gathers already do that job.
Occasions
The supplier files it under day dresses. Long sleeves and a knee-covering skirt make it a dress for the office, a family lunch or a dinner in the colder months. It is a knit, so it travels without creasing much.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. Acrylic knits in general keep their shape when dried flat and can pill where a bag rubs, so a fabric shaver is a useful thing to own.
The wow detail: a sleeve that changes shape at the elbow
From shoulder to elbow the sleeve is part of the body, wide and soft like a cape. At the elbow it turns into a long, close cuff that runs to the wrist. Push the cuffs up a little and the fabric above them balloons. It gives a plain knit dress its outline.
