The photos include the dress on a mannequin and in close-up, which helps. You can see that the buttons sit only on the front, that the pockets are set into the side seams and that the front opens below the last button, so you can walk in it.

The chart reads: bust 74.9 cm in S, 79 cm in M and 83.1 cm in L; waist 80 cm, 84.1 cm and 87.9 cm; length 126 cm to 128 cm. The bust figure is smaller than the waist, which fits a tube top that has to grip above the bust to stay up.
Those bust numbers are small and the fabric has no stretch. Measure yourself around the chest right under the arms and compare. Styling: keep it bare and simple
In the photos the dress is worn with flat dark sandals, sunglasses and a small brown pouch on a long strap. Nothing more is needed. The black trim already does the job a necklace would do.
For evening, add a black blazer over the shoulders. For a cooler day, a fitted white T-shirt underneath turns it into a pinafore.
