It looks like a sweatshirt worn over a white shirt. In fact it is one garment: Italy Moda sewed a white collar into the neckline and a white shirt panel under the hem. You get the layered look without a second layer.
There is one size, 82 cm long with a chest of 104 cm. You can order it in light pink, blue or beige.

The piece: a blouse according to the maker
The supplier files this under blouses and describes it as a casual piece for everyday wear and work, with a classic collar and a shirt insert at the bottom. The fabric is a blend of viscose, cotton and elastane, and the pattern is plain.
In the photos it reads more as a sweatshirt. The body has a round neck, ribbed cuffs and a ribbed band at the bottom. The white panel under that band flares out and hangs lower at the back than at the front.
At the back of the neck there is a small opening that closes with a button.
Who it's for
For you if you like the collar-over-crew-neck look but not the bulk of a shirt under a sweater. Nothing rides up, nothing needs tucking in.
One size means 104 cm at the chest and at the hips. On the model it is loose. If your own measurements are close to that number, expect a closer fit than in the photos.

Fabric and feel: mostly viscose, with cotton
The composition is 65% viscose, 30% cotton and 5% spandex. The supplier calls the blend pleasant to the touch. Viscose and cotton together usually give a fabric that is softer and drapes more than a classic thick sweatshirt.
The supplier gives one composition for the whole garment. Whether the white collar and hem panel are the same blend is not stated.
Fit and length: one size, long enough to cover the hips
The maker's table lists a length of 82 cm, a chest of 104 cm and hips of 104 cm. The length includes the white panel, so the sweatshirt part itself ends higher, around the hip.
In a few photos the model wears it alone with heels and it reaches her upper thigh. We would treat it as a long top and wear it over trousers or tights.

Styling: let the white hem show
Slim or straight jeans are the simple answer, and the photos show exactly that. The white flare at the bottom needs a narrow line under it. Wide trousers would compete with it.
The supplier suggests it as a base under a blazer or cardigan. Under a blazer the collar sits on top of the lapels and the white hem shows below the jacket. Black leggings and ankle boots work for a weekend day.
When to wear it
The supplier names everyday wear and work. It suits an office where a sweatshirt alone is too casual: the collar tidies it up. It is also easy for a school run, a coffee date or a day of travel, because it is one piece and nothing shifts.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the top.
With a coloured body and white trims in one garment, it makes sense to wash it with light colours the first few times.
The wow detail: the hem dips at the back
The white panel is not a straight strip. It flares like the tail of a shirt and hangs lower at the back, so from the side you see a soft curve under the ribbed band. It moves when you walk, which a real tucked-out shirt rarely does this neatly.
