Italy Moda describes an everyday summer dress in smooth polyester: round neck, short ruffle sleeves, a tie belt and a ruffle at the hem. The cut is flared, and the back is longer than the front.
The maker gives the length as 90 cm in front and 107 cm at the back, in one size with a chest of 100 cm. You can order it in pink, white or cream.

The piece: light, loose and belted
According to the supplier the dress is lightweight and made for warm days. The asymmetrical cut makes the back slightly longer, the sleeves are short ruffles, and a ruffle finishes the bottom. A tie belt marks the waist.
In the photos the body hangs loose and the belt gathers it. The belt is a thin cord with a ring at the front. The hem ruffle is deep, and when the model moves it swings out behind her.
The photos also show a fabric flower on one shoulder. The maker's description does not mention it, so we cannot promise it comes with the dress.
Who it's for
For you if you want one easy dress for hot days that looks dressed without effort. One size with a chest of 100 cm and a belt to shape it suits a range of figures.
Mind the front length. At 90 cm from the shoulder it ends above the knee on the model; on a tall woman it will be shorter still.

Fabric and feel: smooth and light
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The maker calls the polyester smooth and the dress lightweight. In the photos the fabric floats when the model turns, which fits that description.
The maker does not mention a lining. In white and cream, wear skin-tone underwear to be safe.
Fit and length: one size, two lengths
The maker's table lists the total length as 90/107 and the chest as 100 cm. We read the two numbers as front and back, which is what the photos show: the hem rises to above the knee in front and drops to mid-calf behind.
The belt lets you set the waist. Without it the dress hangs straight from the shoulders like a tunic.

Styling: sandals with a heel, or espadrilles
The photos show both. Strappy heels with the pink and the white make it a party dress. Flat espadrilles with the cream make it a holiday dress.
You can swap the cord for a belt from your own wardrobe if you want a firmer waist. Keep jewellery small; the ruffles are busy enough.
When to wear it
The maker names meetings with friends and everyday duties. Add a garden party, a summer birthday, dinner on holiday. In white it could work for a relaxed beach wedding as a guest, if the couple does not mind white.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress.
Take the belt off before washing; cords with metal ends can catch on the fabric.
The wow detail: the hem from the side
Seen from the front it is a short summer dress. Seen from the side, the ruffle runs down in a curve to the back of the calf. When you walk it trails a little, and when you turn it opens like a fan.
