These trousers by Moe look tailored and behave like something much easier. The waistband is elastic, there is no zip and no button, and the fabric stretches. You step in, pull them up and you are dressed.
The leg is slim to the knee and flares from there. Every size is 105 cm long. One thing to know before you order: the photos show a black top with them, but this page sells the trousers only.

The piece: model 169948 by Moe, trousers only
The supplier calls them fashionable pants made of stretchy material and, in its own words, smooth bells. It lists an elastic waistband, no fastener and no pockets. That matches the photos: a clean front, a smooth back and a seam stitched down the front of each leg, which gives the look of a pressed crease.
This product used to be described as a two-piece with a ribbed top. The maker's data lists one garment under this model number, the trousers. The sleeveless top the model wears is styling.
Who it's for
For you if you want black trousers that look neat at work and do not dig in after lunch. An elastic waist forgives a lot.
They also suit you if you carry your phone and keys in a bag anyway. There are no pockets, which keeps the hip line flat. If you need pockets, these are not your trousers.

Fabric and feel: polyester with 4% lycra
The composition is 96% polyester and 4% lycra. The maker describes the material as stretchy, and the fit in the photos depends on that: the trousers follow the hip and thigh without a zip to open.
In the photos the fabric is matte and looks fairly dense, closer to a ponte knit than to a thin legging. That is our reading of the pictures; the maker gives no fabric weight.
Fit and silhouette: high rise, flare from the knee
The length is 105 cm in every size, from S to XXL. On the model, in heels, the hem nearly touches the floor. If you are shorter or wear flats, expect to take the hem up or choose a shoe with some height.
The waist goes from 62 cm in S to 78 cm in XXL and the hips from 82 to 106 cm. Those numbers look small because the fabric stretches. Pick the size you normally wear in stretch trousers, and use the table to compare with a pair you own.

The maker suggests two directions. Dressed up, with a shirt or a jacket. Or casual, with a short top or an oversized blouse. Both work because the trousers are plain and black.
In the photos they are worn with a fitted sleeveless top and nude heels, which makes the legs look long. For the office, try a white shirt half tucked in and a blazer. At the weekend, a cropped jumper and platform trainers keep the hem off the pavement.
Occasions
