BFG keeps this ribbed tank top as basic as a top can be: ribbed fabric, a round neckline, no sleeves. The fabric is 90% cotton with 10% spandex, so it is mostly cotton and it stretches.
The colour we sell is a bright fuchsia pink. Sizes are S, M and L.

The piece: model 167133 by BFG
The maker's description is one line: a classic top made of ribbed fabric with a round neckline. The same line is used for the black, the white and the pink version.
Black and white are no longer available at the wholesaler. You still see them in the first six photos because they show the cut well. The pink top is in the last three.
In the photos the neck is high and round, and the armholes are cut in towards the neck, which leaves the shoulders bare. The top is short and ends near the waist.
Who it's for
For you if you want a cotton basic with some colour in it. It works as a top on hot days and as a layer under an open shirt when it cools down.
The sizes stop at L, with a chest of 91 cm. If you usually wear XL or larger, this top will be too tight.

The size table has no length. On the model the hem sits at the waistband of low shorts, with a strip of skin showing when she moves.
Fabric and feel: cotton rib with 10% spandex
The composition is 90% cotton and 10% spandex. Cotton makes the top soft and comfortable against the skin in warm weather. Ten percent spandex is a generous share for a basic, and together with the rib it gives a close fit that moves with you.
The maker gives no fabric weight. In the photos the rib is fine and the fabric looks opaque in all three colours, white included.
Fit and silhouette: close and short
The table gives one number per size, the chest: 82 cm for S, 86 cm for M and 91 cm for L. These read like body measurements. Measure around the fullest part of your bust and take the size that comes closest.
Between two sizes, the stretch lets you go either way. Take the smaller one for a tight fit and the larger one if you want the ribs to stay closed across the chest.

Styling: black, white or blue jeans
The model wears the pink top with black shorts, and that is the simplest way to wear a colour this strong: one bright piece and one dark one. White trousers make it summery. Blue jeans make it casual.
Under a blazer the pink shows only as a strip at the neck, which is a good way to get colour into an office outfit.
Occasions
This is a top for everyday summer wear, for holidays and for layering the rest of the year. The cut also suits yoga or a gym session, although the maker sells it as a fashion top and makes no sports claims.

As a general habit with bright cotton, wash it with similar colours the first few times and keep it out of a hot dryer, which is hard on spandex.
