This textured notched tank is a white sleeveless top with a neckline you do not see every day. The neck stands up like a small collar and then opens at the front into a deep, narrow V. Fine vertical ribs run from shoulder to hem.
It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, machine washable, and comes in five sizes from S to 2XL.

The piece: a ribbed tank by WXFS
The top is sold under the label WXFS. Our supplier lists it as ribbed, in 95% polyester and 5% spandex, and as imported without naming the country.
One point where the supplier data pulls two ways: the spec says "no stretch" and also lists 5% spandex, which usually gives a little give. We pass on both. Count on a top that holds its shape and do not count on a lot of stretch.
Who it's for
For you if you want a white top that can go to work. The high neck and the clean armholes make it look more like a shell top than a vest, and under a blazer only the notch shows.
It also works if you find plain tanks too bare. The neck covers the collarbones; the V opens it up again.

Fabric and feel
The fabric is 95% polyester with 5% spandex. In the photos it has body: the ribs stay crisp and the neck stands up on its own. It does not look sheer in the pictures, though the supplier says nothing about lining or opacity, so with white we would still pick skin-tone underwear.
Fit and silhouette: straight, hip length
The bust measures 87.9 cm in S, 91.9 cm in M, 98 cm in L, 103.9 cm in XL and 110 cm in 2XL. The length goes from 61 cm to 65 cm. The supplier gives inches; we converted and rounded to one decimal.
Those figures are close to body size, so the top sits near the body without being tight. Since the supplier lists no stretch, take your own bust measurement and choose the size that leaves a few centimetres of room.

Styling: tucked in, belt on
The photos show it tucked into dark pleated trousers with a slim belt and hoop earrings. That is the obvious pairing and a good one: white on top, dark below, one line of gold tone in between.
For the weekend, wear it loose over jeans. In autumn it goes under a blazer or a cardigan, where the stand-up neck does the job a shirt collar would.
Occasions
Office days, a job interview, dinner out, a graduation or a christening where you want to look neat without a dress. In summer it stands alone; the rest of the year it layers.

The wow detail: the notch
A high neck usually closes a top off. This one is cut open down the middle, in a V as narrow as a letter opener. You get the neat frame of a collar and a strip of skin in the same glance. It is the reason this reads as a designed top and not as a basic.
