Relevance took a hooded sweatshirt and made it long. On the models this long zip-up hoodie reaches the knee, with a zip from the hem to the chin and two side pockets that also close with a zip.
The fabric is 90% cotton with 10% spandex. There are two sizes, S/M and L/XL, and ten colours you can order.

The piece: sweatshirt fabric, coat length
The supplier describes a women's sweatshirt with an extended cut, long sleeves and a hood. It is zippered, and the slip pockets on the sides are zippered too. That is the whole description, and it is accurate.
The photos add the character. Every colour has a white zip and white drawcords, so the front has a clear line down the middle. The hem is rounded like a tulip: it curves up where the two fronts meet and hangs longer at the back. Near the hem sits a small square label patch.
The gallery ends with a cobalt blue version. The maker no longer supplies that colour.
Who it's for
For you if you want something between a cardigan and a coat for the school run, the dog walk or the drive to the gym. It covers your hips and the back of your thighs, which a normal hoodie does not.

Fabric and feel: cotton with 10% spandex
The composition is 90% cotton and 10% spandex. That is a high share of cotton for a sweatshirt, and a high share of stretch as well. In the photos the fabric looks thick and holds the curve of the hem.
The maker does not say whether the inside is brushed. We would treat it as a layer for cool, dry days, with no rain claim attached.
Fit: two sizes, chosen by chest
The maker's table gives ranges. S/M is for a chest of 82 to 86 cm, with sleeves of 59 to 61 cm on the outside. L/XL is for a chest of 91 to 96 cm, with sleeves of 63 to 65 cm.
There is no body length in the table. In the photos the front ends just above the knee and the back just below it. The cut is roomy with dropped shoulders, so a sweater fits underneath.

Styling: slim below, boots or trainers
Every photo pairs it with something slim: skinny jeans, leggings, coated trousers. That keeps the long line clean. Chunky boots or trainers finish it.
Wear it zipped to the top with the hood down for the tidy version. Half open over a T-shirt is the relaxed one. The black, grey and beige go with everything; the fuchsia and bright red are for days when you want to be seen from across the square.
When to wear it
It is casual through and through. Think errands, travel, the sideline of a football pitch, a walk on the beach in spring. In autumn it works as the outer layer; in winter it goes under a wide coat.

A straight hem would have made this a long hoodie and nothing more. The rounded fronts change it. They part a little when you walk and show your legs, and at the back the hem dips lower, so from behind it looks like a coat.
