Italy Moda is a womenswear label we buy through a fashion wholesaler in Poland. The supplier lists this style under playsuits and describes a jumpsuit of mini length with short sleeves and a wrap neckline, with a skirt on top, no fastening and a fastened belt at the waist.
That matters, because this page used to call it a dress. It is a playsuit. From the outside nobody will see the difference, but your legs go through two openings when you put it on.
The blue version is the one the supplier still lists.
Who it's for
For you if you love short dresses and hate holding the hem on a bike or a breezy terrace. The shorts take care of that.
It is one size, with an elastic waist that the maker lists from 52 to 104 cm and very full hips of 144 cm. The cut is loose everywhere except at the waist, so it suits many shapes. At 83 cm long it is short on a tall woman.

Fabric and feel: a light viscose blend
The maker lists 50% viscose, 45% polyester and 5% spandex, and describes the material as light and pleasant to the touch, suited to warmer days.
In the photos the skirt layer lifts and swings when the model moves, which fits a thin, fluid fabric. Viscose gives the drape, polyester helps the print stay crisp, and the spandex adds a little give.
Fit and silhouette: loose top, cinched waist, full skirt
The maker's table has one row: 83 cm long, a chest of 90 cm, a waist of 52-104 cm and hips of 144 cm. The waist is elastic, and the belt sits on top of it.
A wrap neckline without a fastening can gape when you lean forward. If you have a fuller bust, a small safety pin or a camisole underneath solves it. The table gives no inseam for the shorts, and in the photos they stay hidden under the skirt layer.

The print and the buckle already do a lot, so shoes and bag can stay simple. Flat sandals or white trainers for the day, wedges for a dinner. A short jeans jacket or a cropped cardigan works when it cools down.
