A sleeveless belted playsuit that looks like a shirt and shorts
One correction before anything else. This page used to describe a two-piece office suit with a blazer and a skirt. That was wrong. What Nife makes, and what the photos show, is a playsuit: a sleeveless top with a collar and buttons, joined to a pair of shorts.
A tie belt in the same fabric marks the waist. The fabric is 97% viscose with 3% spandex, the sizes run from 36 to 44, and the colours are beige and black.

The piece: models 155006 and 155007 by Nife
The supplier files it under playsuits and calls it a jumpsuit for warm summer days, in a material that lets you feel free all day. It suggests two ways to wear it: with stilettos and a jacket for a date, or with sneakers and a jeans jacket for a walk with friends.
The rest comes from the photos. The top has a shirt collar and a row of gold-tone buttons down to the waist. The shorts have side pockets and a turned-up hem. At the back the waist is gathered with elastic, and there is a small metal tag on the back of one leg.

Fabric and feel: viscose with a little stretch
The composition is 97% viscose and 3% spandex. Viscose is a soft fibre that drapes and feels cool, which fits the maker's promise of a summer piece. In the photos the fabric is matte and falls smoothly.
Viscose creases when you sit. With a playsuit you will notice that across the lap by the end of the day; it is part of the deal.
Fit: roomy, shaped by the belt
The maker's table shows a relaxed cut. Size 38 has a chest of 102 cm, a waist of 99 cm and hips of 109 cm, and each size adds 4 cm. The waist number is the garment without the belt, so the shape comes from tying it.
The table gives no length, and with a one-piece the torso length matters. If you are tall or long in the body, ask us before ordering and we will try to get the measurement from the supplier.
