The pair is sold under the label Dear Monkey. Our supplier calls it a striped lace-up casual sneaker, flat, in suede and rubber, and describes it as imported without naming the country.
The shape is the one you know from old indoor football shoes: a slim, low profile, a T-shaped panel over the toe and a thin flat sole. In the photos the heel tab picks up the stripe colour, so the pink pair has a pink heel and the brown pair a dark brown one.
Who it's for
For you if you want one pair of sneakers that works with jeans on Saturday and with trousers at a casual office on Monday. The white and grey base keeps them quiet. The stripes are the only colour, and you decide how loud that colour is.
