The label is Circular. The supplier's description is brief: ruffled, slightly stretchy, 95% polyester and 5% spandex, imported without a named country.
The photos add the rest. The neckline is square at the front and again, a bit lower, at the back. The sleeves are two layers of ruffle that stand out from the shoulder. The fabric has a vertical eyelet pattern, which gives the plain colours some texture.

Styling: denim, a belt and something woven
Every photo shows the same recipe: denim shorts, a woven belt, a straw hat, a basket bag and a fine layered necklace in the open neckline. It works because the top is neat and the rest is rough.
