The supplier describes a pleated midi skirt in viscose with elastane, with an elastic waistband that needs no fastening, a sash belt to tie and shiny rhinestones over the entire surface. Model 219871 is listed as red and 219872 as black.
In the photos the red is a deep burgundy, which is the name we use. The pleats are fine and narrow and run the full length. The rhinestones sit in a regular dot pattern. The belt is a glossy black ribbon tied in a bow, on the burgundy skirt as well as on the black one.
The tops in the photos are not part of the skirt. On the black version the model wears a top with the same sparkle, which makes it look like a dress. This page is for the skirt alone.

In the photos the burgundy skirt is worn with a black top with sheer sleeves and black pointed heels. The black skirt gets a black top with the same sparkle, for a head-to-toe look.
At home we would start simpler. A fine black roll-neck tucked in, the ribbon tied at the side, and heels or flat ballerinas. For a family lunch a cream jumper over the waistband works too, with the bow left off.
