This black tulle midi skirt by Italy Moda is flared, lined and held up by an elastic waistband. It is 84 cm long, which is mid-calf on the model, and the tulle hangs a little longer than the lining underneath.
It is a last piece. When we wrote this the supplier had one black skirt left.

The piece: tulle over a lining
Italy Moda describes a midi-length flared tulle skirt for everyday wear and for events. The maker mentions lightweight polyester, a smooth surface without pattern, an elastic waistband and a lining under the tulle.
In the photos you can see both layers. The lining is opaque and stops above the hem. The tulle carries on for a hand's width, so the lower edge of the skirt is sheer and your calves show through it.
Only black can be ordered.
Who it's for

Fabric and feel: light polyester tulle
The composition is 100% polyester. The maker calls it lightweight and says the tulle with the flared cut gives a light and airy effect. In the photos the tulle is fine and soft, and it lifts when the model walks.
The lining means you do not need a slip. It also keeps the tulle off your tights, which is where tulle likes to cling.
Fit and silhouette: one size, 84 cm long
The maker's table gives one size with a length of 84 cm and a waist of 68 to 104 cm. The elastic does the fitting, and the skirt flares out from there, so the hips need no thought.
On the model, in heels, the hem sits at mid-calf. If you are shorter it will reach the ankle, and the sheer edge will then be the part people see above your shoes.

Styling: rough with soft
The black skirt is shown with a textured black top and pointed pumps, all black, which is the evening way.
Tulle likes contrast. A grey sweatshirt, a jeans jacket or a biker jacket takes the sweetness out of it. For a party, a fitted bodysuit and heels put it back.
Occasions
The maker names everyday wear and events. For events, think of a Christmas dinner, a theatre night, a wedding in the colder months. For everyday, wear it with a jumper and boots to the office and see how many people ask where it is from.
