This viscose skirt by Tessita is long, light and cut with enough width to swing when you turn. The fabric is 100% viscose, and you choose from four prints.
It is 85 cm long in every size, which is mid-calf on the model. You buy the skirt; the tops in the same print that you see in the photos are a separate item.

The piece: style T407 in four prints
Tessita sells this skirt through a fashion wholesaler in Poland under its own style number, T407. Each print has a model number. Our "Tropical Print" is a pattern of leaves and flowers on a magenta ground. The green one has white and orange flowers on green. The white one has red and yellow flowers on white. "multicolor 2" is an abstract pattern of colour bands.
The maker describes a patterned viscose skirt in a lightweight fabric for summer and calls the length maxi. At 85 cm it ends between the calf and the ankle on most women. We mention it so you know what to expect.
Who it's for
For you if you want colour in summer and legs that stay cool. A long, loose viscose skirt lets air move and covers enough for a terrace, a church or a train seat.
The size range is wide, from a waist of 64 cm in XS to 94 cm in XXL.

Fabric and feel: 100% viscose
The skirt is 100% viscose. The maker calls the fabric lightweight and soft and recommends it for the hottest days. Viscose is made from cellulose; it is smooth, cool to the touch and it drapes well, which you can see in the way the hem moves in the photos.
It also creases, and it is delicate when wet. A light press or a steamer brings it back.
Fit and silhouette: only the waist has to fit
The skirt flares from the waistband, so the waist is the one measurement that matters: 64 cm in XS, 70 in S, 76 in M, 82 in L, 88 in XL and 94 cm in XXL. The length is 85 cm throughout.
Measure your waist where you want the skirt to sit and choose the size at or just above that number. The maker does not say whether the waistband has elastic, so do not count on stretch.

The photos show the skirt two ways: with a top in the same print, which reads as a dress, and with a plain grey top or a white sleeveless blouse. With prints this lively, the plain version is the one most wardrobes can do today.
The maker suggests a simple top and sandals for the beach and a blouse for the evening. A cropped cardigan or a jacket that ends at the waist works when it cools down.

The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the skirt. We would rather tell you that than guess.
A general remark about viscose: it can shrink in hot water and in the dryer. Stay at or below the temperature on the label, reshape the skirt while damp and hang it by the waistband.
