Fabric and feel: ribbed cotton with stretch

The maker gives 90% cotton and 10% spandex. Cotton keeps it soft and breathable against the skin, and the spandex is what lets a skirt without a fastening go over your hips and then sit close again. The rib texture gives the surface some depth, so the plain colours never look flat.
