This is a short summer skirt with a wide elastic waistband, so there is no zip or button to deal with. You pull it on and the smocked band holds it at the waist. Below it, a frill and a short flared skirt give it movement when you walk.
Please note: you buy the skirt only. The off-shoulder tops in some photos are not included, and we sell the skirt in green.

The piece: model 167524 by Och Bella
The supplier describes it as a short skirt with a wide elastic waistband, ideal for summer. That is all the maker says, and the photos fill in the shape: a deep smocked band with a small frill on top, a second frill where the band meets the skirt, and a short skirt that flares out from there.
The photo shoot also shows the skirt in white and light blue, worn with matching crop tops. Those colours and the tops are not part of this product. What you can order is the green skirt, shown with a white vest top in the last three photos.

Fabric: light polyester with texture
The composition is 100% polyester. In the photos the fabric has a fine crinkled surface that keeps it from looking flat, and the skirt part falls in soft folds. The stretch comes from the elastic in the smocked waistband, not from the fabric itself.
Fit: an elastic waist
The maker's table gives the waist as a range: 72-80 cm in S, 78-86 cm in M and 84-90 cm in L. The band stretches across that range, so choose the size where your waist sits comfortably in the middle. The table has no length; in the photos the hem sits at mid-thigh.

Styling
The photos with the green skirt keep it simple: a fitted white vest top tucked behind the wide band. That shows the smocking and keeps the look fresh. A white tee, a cropped cardigan or a short-sleeved shirt knotted at the waist also work.
On your feet, flat sandals or white trainers for daytime, and wedges for an evening out.
