The piece: Italy Moda model 212534
First a correction. This page used to be titled as a men's shirt. The supplier lists it under shirts for women and describes a women's shirt in muslin cotton, and that is what the photos show.
The maker names a V-neck, 3/4 sleeves, a standard length and a button closure, and says you can wear it loose or tucked in. In the photos the front is tied in a knot at the hem, the sleeves are rolled up and held by a buttoned tab, and the back hangs longer in a curve.
The blouse comes in pink.
Who it's for
For you if you like your blouses roomy. With a chest of 140 cm this is oversized on almost everyone, and that is the idea: it should hang away from the body.
The pink is a bright, saturated pink. If you are after a pale blush, this is not it.

Fabric and feel: cotton muslin
The composition is 100% cotton. The maker calls the shirt light and airy and points to warmer days. Muslin gets its crinkle from the weave, so the texture is meant to be there.
That crinkle has a practical side. A blouse that is supposed to look rumpled does not need to be pressed flat before you wear it.
Fit and silhouette: one very wide size
There is one size. The maker's table gives a length of 76 cm and 140 cm at both chest and hips. In practice that is a wide rectangle with dropped shoulders.
On the model the back covers the hips and the tied front sits at the waistband. Untied, the front hangs lower.

Styling: knot it or let it hang
The maker says loose or tucked in. The photos add a third way, the knot at the front, worn with cream trousers. All three work.
Open over a tank top it becomes a light summer layer. Pink this bright looks good with white, beige and washed blue jeans.

The maker lists the office, a walk and meeting friends. It is also a holiday blouse: over a swimsuit on the way to lunch, or in the evening when the sun has been strong and you want your shoulders covered.
