The piece: one scarf, three colourways
AT describes an elegant scarf of 214 cm in polyester with an animal motif and decorative fringes, meant for cooler days. Each colourway has its own model number, and the text is the same for all of them.
The colour names need a word. The supplier calls two of the three pink, and our colour buttons copy that in part. The photos show something else: the first is light grey on off-white, the second is camel on cream and the third is peach with grey. Go by the photo that appears when you click a button.
A fuchsia and purple version is also in the gallery. It is no longer available.
Who it's for
For you if your winter coat is plain and you want one piece that wakes it up. A big animal-print scarf over a camel, black or cream coat does that in one move.

The maker gives no width. In the photos the scarf is wide enough to cover the shoulders like a small wrap when you open it out.
Materials and build: brushed polyester
The composition is 100% polyester. The maker says the scarf provides warmth and comfort and calls it suitable for cooler days. We can add what the photos show: a thick, brushed cloth with a long pile, the kind that traps air.
Brushed scarves shed a little fluff at first, especially onto dark coats. A quick shake outdoors before the first wear helps.
Size and dimensions: 214 cm from end to end
The one measurement we have is the length, 214 cm. For most women that is longer than their arm span. Wrapped once around the neck, both ends reach the waist. Wrapped twice, the scarf sits high and snug with short ends.
The maker does not say whether the fringes are included in the 214 cm.

Styling: over a plain coat
In the photos the grey scarf is worn over a cream coat and the camel and peach ones over a brown coat. Tone on tone is the quiet way. The camel scarf on a black coat is the louder one, and it works just as well.
Keep other prints out of the outfit. Indoors, drape the scarf open over the shoulders of a plain knit.
Occasions
This is a scarf for the commute, the Christmas market and the walk on New Year's Day. It is also an easy gift, because a scarf needs no size.

As a general habit with brushed scarves, wash cool and gently, skip the dryer and keep heat away from the pile. The twisted fringes keep their shape if you smooth them by hand while damp.

The fringes are thick twisted cords in cream, a good hand long, and they swing when you walk. They give the scarf a finished edge, and the print looks better for it than it would with a cut hem.
