The piece: model 209299 by LaBalancia
LaBalancia sells this set through a fashion wholesaler in Poland. In its own text the maker calls it the MADMAX set in light blue, a sweatshirt and pants made of a soft, breathable cotton jersey for everyday wear.
The gallery also shows the same set in fuchsia, which is not available here. Light blue is what remains.
The maker's description says little about the design, so the details below come from the photos: the hood, the gold-tone zip, the ribbed waistband and the width of the leg.
Who it's for
For you if you like a tracksuit that has a waist. The top stops where the trousers begin, and the ribbed band marks that line.
The legs are long: 101 cm in XS/S and 103 cm in M/L. On the model they cover most of her trainers. If you are on the shorter side, plan on a shoe with a thick sole or a visit to the tailor.

The composition is 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The maker describes the material as soft and breathable and suggests it for cooler and for warmer days.
In the photos the fabric is matte and has enough weight to make the trouser legs hang straight. The fabric weight is not listed, and we do not know whether the inside is brushed.
Fit and silhouette: short on top, long below
The top is 53 cm long in XS/S and 54 cm in M/L, with a chest of 114 and 118 cm. That is wide for a short jacket: the body blouses over the ribbed band, and the band holds it at the waist.

Styling: zip it up or wear it open
In the photos the top is worn half open over a white T-shirt, with trainers, sunglasses and a large pale handbag. It looks like an outfit for town, not for the sofa, and the handbag is doing part of that.
Zipped to the top, the hoodie reads as a short jacket. The trousers work alone with a fitted knit, and the hoodie works over a dress when the evening cools down.
Occasions
The maker names shopping, a walk and time at home. We would add travel days and a relaxed lunch. Light blue shows marks more easily than black, so it is a set for clean pavements more than for muddy parks.
