These are low canvas sneakers with a round toe, a short lace through two eyelets and a thick rubber sole. They look like a cross between a boat shoe and a sneaker: soft on top, chunky underneath.
They come in five colours and in EU sizes 36 to 43. The supplier calls them flats and ships them without a shoe box.

The label is Chic Trot. The supplier lists two materials, canvas and rubber, a flat heel and the note "box not included". The shoes are imported; the country is not named.
In the photos the canvas has a woven, slightly mixed-colour texture. A stitched seam runs around the toe, and the brown sole wraps up over the toe and the heel.

Materials and build: canvas on rubber
Canvas upper, rubber sole. That is all the supplier states. There is no word on the lining, the insole or any cushioning, so we will not describe them beyond what you can see: a light inside and an insole in the same pale colour.
The supplier lists the heel as flat. In the photos the sole is thick and a little higher at the back, so you stand slightly raised without wearing a heel.
Size and fit: go by foot length
The supplier gives one measurement per size: foot length. Size 36 is listed for a foot of 22.9 cm, size 39 for 24.4 cm and size 43 for 26.4 cm. Stand on a sheet of paper, mark heel and longest toe, and measure the distance.
The supplier does not say whether the shoe runs wide or narrow. If your foot length falls between two sizes, the larger one is the safer pick with a closed canvas shoe.

Styling: cropped jeans and bare ankles
Every photo shows them with cropped jeans and a bare ankle, and that is where they look right. The low cut shows the ankle, so trousers that end above it work better than long wide legs that cover the shoe.
