Knee-high wedge boots that hide their heel
These black knee-high wedge boots give you height without a visible heel. The wedge sits inside the boot, on top of a thick platform sole, so from the outside you see one solid shape from toe to heel.
The shaft is black faux leather with a stretch panel and a zip that runs its full length. Sizes go from EU 34 to 40.

The piece: half boot, half sneaker sole
The bottom of this boot looks like a chunky platform trainer: a thick flat-looking sole, a round toe with a stitched cap. Above it rises a slim shaft that reaches the knee. In the photos the front of the shaft is smooth with a soft sheen and the back is a matte stretch panel.
The zip tape is the decoration. It is printed with the word FASHION in white letters and has a silver-tone pull at the top. We sell the boots under wowstore.live, but we did not design or make it ourselves.
Who it's for
For you if you want to be taller but don't like walking on a thin heel. A wedge spreads your weight over the whole foot, and the supplier describes it as steadier than a stiletto or a block heel.
They also suit you if high boots are usually tight on your calves: the shaft has stretch panels and a full zip. The supplier gives no calf width in centimetres, though, so we can't promise a fit for every leg.

What the supplier does not give: heel height, platform height, shaft height and calf width.
Materials: faux leather and stretch
The upper is faux leather, smooth and slightly matte according to the supplier. It is an imitation material. The stretch panel at the back of the shaft is a different, matte material that gives when you move. The supplier says nothing about the lining or what the sole is made of.
Fit and size: EU 34 to 40
The boots come in EU sizes 34 to 40, without half sizes and without a foot-length table from the supplier. If you are between sizes, we would go up, because a wedge pushes the foot forward a little and you may want room for a sock.
In the photos the shaft reaches the knee and covers it at the front when the leg is straight. How high it comes on you depends on your leg length, and no shaft height is given. The same goes for the heel: it clearly adds height, but we have no number for it.
Styling: short above, long below
High boots look good with something short. Try a knitted mini dress, a pleated skirt with tights, or shorts over black tights with an oversized jumper. They also work over skinny jeans or leggings with a long coat.
Keep the rest simple. The platform and the lettered zip already say enough.
Occasions
A night out, a concert, a city trip in autumn, a December party, or a normal work day when you feel like a bit of extra height.
Care: wipe clean, store upright
The supplier gives no care instructions. As a general habit for faux leather boots: wipe them with a damp cloth, let them dry away from the heater, and store them upright with a boot shaper or rolled paper in the shaft so they don't fold at the ankle.
The wow detail: height nobody sees
The trick of this boot is that the heel is on the inside. People see a chunky flat-looking sole and a long black line up to your knee. You know there is a wedge in there. It is a quiet way to be taller, and we like that it doesn't shout about it.
