A lace shirt with a collar, cuffs and its own brooch
This is a lace shirt built like a proper shirt. It has a classic collar, a button front and long sleeves with cuffs, and the body between them is floral lace you can see through.
Italy Moda adds two things: shoulder pads sewn into the shoulders and a brooch at the collar. The fabric is 70% polyester and 30% viscose. It comes in one size, 64 cm long, in white, black, red and brown.

The piece: models 222317 to 222321 by Italy Moda
Italy Moda is the maker's brand, sold through a Polish fashion wholesaler. The supplier describes a lace shirt in a blend of polyester and viscose with a classic cut, a standard length and sewn-in shoulder pads that sharpen the shoulder line.
The photos show how the contrast is made. Collar, button band and cuffs are cut from a plain fabric you can't see through, in the same colour as the lace. So the frame of the shirt is solid and everything inside the frame is open.
An honest note about the old name of this page: it called the shirt cotton. It isn't. The maker lists polyester and viscose and no cotton at all.
Who it's for
For you if you like lace but not frills. The collar and the squared shoulders give this shirt a firm outline, so it feels closer to tailoring than to lingerie.
You do need to be comfortable with a sheer top. In the photos the model's skin and bra line are visible through the lace, so plan what you wear under it. With one size and a chest of 110 cm it is cut roomy, not close.

Fabric and feel: 70% polyester, 30% viscose
The maker gives one composition for the shirt: 70% polyester and 30% viscose. The supplier calls the blend delicate. It does not split the numbers between the lace and the plain parts.
In the photos the lace is a dense floral pattern with small open spaces between the flowers. It looks soft enough to drape at the sleeves, and the plain collar and cuffs keep their shape next to it. There is no lining, which is why the lace shows skin.
Fit and silhouette: one size, cut wide
There is one size. The maker's table gives a length of 64 cm, a chest of 110 cm and hips of 114 cm. Those are generous numbers, so on a smaller frame the shirt hangs loose, and you can tuck it in as the model does.
The shoulder pads set the width at the top. If your shoulders are narrow, the squared edge will sit a little past them, which is part of the look. Measure a shirt you own across the chest, double it and compare it with 110 cm to see how this one will sit on you.

Styling: decide on the layer underneath first
What you wear under the lace changes the whole shirt. A top in the same colour makes it office-ready. A skin-tone bralette keeps it light for the evening. Black under the white lace is a contrast you choose on purpose and looks sharp with jeans.
The photos give three directions. The white shirt is tucked into blue jeans. The black one goes with black coated trousers and knee boots. The red and brown ones are worn with a belted pencil skirt with a slit. In each case the bottom half is plain, and we would keep it that way.
Occasions
The supplier suggests work and formal occasions. For work we would add a top underneath and a blazer for meetings. For formal evenings, think of a dinner, a theatre night or a festive December party, with a long skirt or wide trousers.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the shirt.
Lace catches easily. Close the buttons, keep the shirt away from zips and hooks in the wash, and take care with rings when you put it on. If the brooch comes off, remove it before washing; if it does not, the label should tell you how to handle it.
The wow detail: the brooch at the collar
Where a tie knot would sit, this shirt has a round gold-tone brooch. It closes the look at the neck and gives the plain collar a centre. Because it comes with the shirt, you don't need a necklace.
