A cotton shirt with a long tie and a cape yoke
MILO is a cotton shirt from LaBalancia with two details borrowed from a trench coat: a loose yoke that lies over the chest and back like a small cape, and a tab on the shoulder. From the collar hangs a long, narrow tie in the same fabric.

The supplier's text talks mostly about use. It calls MILO a shirt for work, everyday outings and more formal occasions, pleasant to the touch and elastic, to wear with jeans, classic trousers or under a blazer. It says nothing about the design details.
So those come from the photos. You see a shirt collar, a button front, long sleeves with buttoned cuffs, and the loose yoke that covers the top of the chest and continues across the back. The tie hangs from the collar to below the waist; the model wears it loose.
Who it's for
For you if a plain white shirt bores you but ruffles are not your thing. The details here are graphic and a little strict.
The cut is roomy. Size S already has a chest of 104 cm, and L has 120 cm. If you want the shirt close to the body, look at the table and consider going down.

Fabric and feel: cotton with a little stretch
The composition is 95% cotton and 5% elastane. The maker points out that cotton lets air through and that the elastane makes the shirt flexible. In the photos the fabric is smooth and crisp enough for the yoke to keep a sharp edge.
Cotton creases, so expect to press it. The yoke and tie are the parts that will show it.
Fit and length: roomy chest, waist length
The maker's table lists total length and chest. S and M are both 63 cm long; L is 65 cm. The chest is 104 cm in S, 110 cm in M and 120 cm in L, so the jump from M to L is large.
At 63 cm the shirt is not long. It is made to be tucked into a high waist, as in every photo. Worn loose, it ends around the hip bone.

Styling: tucked in, tie hanging loose
In the photos the shirt is tucked into high-waisted glossy trousers, with heeled sandals and a small structured bag. The tie hangs straight down and draws a long line through the middle of the outfit.
You can also knot it once at the collar or tie a soft bow. The maker suggests jeans, classic trousers or a blazer over it. With a blazer, let the tie hang outside the lapels.
Occasions
The maker names work, everyday outings and evenings out. It is a strong office shirt: covered, long-sleeved and with enough detail to carry plain trousers. In black or burgundy it moves easily to a dinner.

The wow detail: the yoke from a trench coat
