LaBalancia sells this cut through a Polish fashion wholesaler. The maker describes it as a shirt with long sleeves finished in a wide cuff, a classic collar and a printed fabric, fastened with buttons.

Fabric: printed viscose with a little stretch
The two versions you can order are 95% viscose and 5% spandex, according to the maker. Viscose drapes softly and moves with you; the spandex adds a little give at the shoulders and cuffs. In the photos the fabric has a light sheen that catches the print.

The maker's table gives a total length of 68 cm in S, 70 cm in M and 72 cm in L, with a chest of 122, 130 and 138 cm. That is a loose fit: if you like a closer shirt, take your usual size or one down.
