The piece: model 223010 by Numoco
Numoco is a label that sells its occasion dresses through a Polish fashion wholesaler, and the supplier files this one under evening dresses. It comes in one colour, a deep navy.
The supplier's own description is unusually personal. It talks about the moment in front of the mirror and says the dress "doesn't shout". We read that as: no print, no shine, no trims. What you get is shape. The bodice is fitted to a seam at the waist and the skirt flares from there to the floor.
Who it's for
For you if you have a formal invitation and want a long dress that is easy to wear. A flared skirt gives your legs room, and the slit means you can take normal steps and climb stairs without gathering the fabric in your hand.
The neckline is deep. If you prefer more cover, plan a bralette or a brooch at the V before the day itself.

Fit and silhouette: fitted top, flared to the floor
Choose your size by chest and waist. Size M has a chest of 90 cm and a waist of 76 cm; size L has 96 and 80 cm. The hip figures are much wider, from 108 cm in S to 120 cm in XL, because the skirt flares. Your hips will not decide the fit.
Length matters more. At 150 to 152 cm this dress reaches the floor on the model, who wears heels. If you are shorter, count on high heels or a visit to a tailor for the hem.

Styling: gold, beige or silver
The supplier suggests high heels or heeled sandals, a clutch and delicate jewellery, and names gold, beige and silver as the colours that go with navy. The photos follow that advice with clear heels, a gold-tone clutch and bracelets.
We would keep the neck bare or wear one fine chain, because the V and the ruffles already frame the face. Hair up shows the sleeves. For a winter event a cropped jacket or a wrap that ends at the waist keeps the long line of the skirt.
Occasions
The supplier lists a wedding, a gala, an important family celebration, a prom and a special dinner. Navy is a safe colour for a wedding guest, and floor length fits a black-tie dress code.
