The piece: a party blazer with structure
Italy Moda describes a women's blazer for special occasions. The facts in the description are a short length, a lined interior, shoulder pads that shape the shoulder line, a decoration of jet stones, a double-breasted button closure, and lace at the bottom and on the long sleeves.
Three versions can be ordered. Our 'black' is model 222172. Our 'red' is a burgundy in the photos. Our 'black 2' is model 222175, a black on which the rows of stones show clearly. On the first black the stones are hard to make out in the photos, so if you want visible sparkle, choose 'black 2' or the burgundy.
Who it's for
For you if you want a jacket for a party that does more than a plain black blazer. The lace and the stones make it festive, and the shoulder pads keep it sharp.

Fabric and feel: what the data says, and where it disagrees
The maker's composition table gives 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The description text speaks of a blend of polyester and viscose. Both come from the same supplier and they do not match, so we show the table and tell you about the difference. The label in the jacket is the final word.
In the photos the fabric is matte and holds its shape. The lining makes it smooth inside, which matters with stones on the outside.
Fit and silhouette: short, with a square shoulder
The blazer is 47 cm long with a chest of 96 cm. On the model it ends a hand above the waistband, and the lace hangs a little lower.
The shoulder pads give a straight shoulder line. The sleeves are long, and the lace at the cuff falls over the back of the hand.

Styling: high waists work with it
Because the blazer is short, wear it with something high-waisted. The photos show shorts in the same fabric with a belt. Wide high-waisted trousers or a pencil skirt do the same job.
Over a fitted black dress it works as a short evening jacket. Keep jewellery small, because the stones and the lace already catch the light.
