This eyelet short sleeve blouse looks like a polo shirt that dressed up. It has a flat collar that opens into a V, short puffed sleeves with a line of ruching, and a fabric punched with tiny holes in a diamond pattern.
The blend is 65% rayon, 30% polyester and 5% spandex. It comes in five colours and five sizes, S to 2XL.

The piece: an everyday top by Florira
The supplier names two features, eyelet and ruched, and lists the fabric as slightly stretchy. Rayon is the main fibre; in Dutch shops you will usually see it called viscose.
The photos show where those features sit. The eyelets cover the whole top, front and back. The ruching runs down the outside of each sleeve and pulls it into a soft puff. There are no buttons, so the top goes on over your head.
Who it's for
For you if you want something between a T-shirt and a blouse: easy to wear, and neat enough for work. The loose body skims the stomach and hips, and the sizes run up to 2XL with a bust of 120.9 cm.

Fabric and feel: airy by design
With 65% rayon the fabric will feel smooth and cool. The eyelets add to that, since each tiny hole lets air through. They also mean the fabric is not fully opaque: with the white and blush pink ones, a bra in a skin tone is the wise choice.
The 5% spandex gives the slight stretch the supplier mentions. No fabric weight is given.
Fit and silhouette: loose and hip length
Size M has a bust of 100.1 cm and a length of 69.1 cm. Size XL has a bust of 113 cm and a length of 71.1 cm. The cut is straight, so choose by your bust and expect room at the waist. In the photos the hem covers the waistband and the top of the hip.

Styling: shorts now, trousers later
The photos show it with frayed jean shorts and a brown crossbody bag, which is the holiday version. For work, tuck the front into white or navy trousers. Sage and blush pink are soft and easy. Hot pink is for days when you want to be seen. Black and white go with everything.

Care: cold and gentle
The supplier says machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Rayon can shrink in warm water, so keep to cold. A laundry bag stops hooks from catching in the eyelets.

A line of gathers runs down the outside of each sleeve. It lifts the sleeve into a small puff and gives the shoulder some shape. On a plain polo-style top, that one seam is what makes it look like a blouse.
