A cocktail dress with sleeves made of light
This cocktail dress by Bicotone has a plain, fitted body and two sheer sleeves scattered with small sequins. The front crosses over into a V and the skirt wraps to a slit, so the dress moves when you do.
It is lined, closes with a concealed zip and measures 110 to 111 cm from shoulder to hem. On the model that is just below the knee. You can order it in black, navy blue and green.

The piece: three colours still made
Bicotone sells this dress through a fashion wholesaler in Poland, with a model number per colour. Three are active today: 202452 in black, 202453 in navy blue and 202456 in green. The green is a deep bottle shade in the photos.
The maker describes two sequin sleeves, a heart-shaped neckline that shows a little of the bust, an overlapping skirt, a lining and a concealed zip. An older title on this page called it a two-colour gown. It is one colour, and it ends below the knee.
Who it's for
For you if you want long sleeves at a party without feeling covered up. The sleeves are see-through, so your arms show in a soft haze of sequins.
The neckline is deep. The maker says it slightly exposes the bust, and the photos agree. If you like that, you will like this dress. If you prefer more cover, a lace-edged camisole underneath is the usual answer.

Fabric and feel: two fabrics and a lining
The maker lists three materials. Fabric 1 is 93% polyester with 7% elastane, fabric 2 is 100% polyester, and the lining is 70% polyester with 30% viscose. The data does not say which fabric is which part. It is reasonable to read the stretch fabric as the body and the pure polyester as the sleeves, but that is our reading.
In the photos the body is smooth and matte and follows the figure without shine. The sleeves are a fine net with sequins scattered over it. A lining with viscose in it is a nice thing to have against the skin in a fitted dress.
Fit and silhouette: fitted, with a wrap that gives
The dress is close to the body from shoulder to hem. Size 36 has a chest of 88 cm and a waist of 68 cm, and each size adds 4 cm to both, up to 108 and 88 cm in size 46. The length is 110 cm in sizes 36 to 40 and 111 cm above that.
Choose by your waist first. The pleats at the side forgive a centimetre or two, and the front slit opens when you sit, so the skirt will not ride up.

Styling: let the sleeves sparkle alone
In the photos the model wears heels in a skin tone or in black and a fine chain. Keep it that way. Bracelets would catch on the sequins and compete with them.
A small clutch and pointed pumps are enough for the black and the navy. With the green, gold-tone earrings look warm against the colour. If you need a layer for the way there, drape a coat over your shoulders so the sleeves are not crushed.
Occasions
The supplier files it under evening dresses. Think of a wedding party, a Christmas dinner, a company gala night or New Year's Eve. Because it ends below the knee and has sleeves, it is also right for a ceremony earlier in the day.

The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. We would rather tell you that than guess.
