The piece: a formal dress, short and light
Bicotone calls it a formal dress with inserts on the neckline, the sleeves and the waist. Those inserts are the glossy parts you see in the photos: the lapel of the neckline, the cuffs and the wide band that joins the top to the skirt. The maker describes the skirt as layered, and it closes with a covered zip.
The supplier calls the neckline heart-shaped. In the photos it looks like a crossover V with a lapel, and that is how we describe it.
Only navy blue and black are available now.

Fabric and feel: light and floating, with a lining
The maker's composition is 70% viscose and 30% polyester. In the photos the main fabric is thin and slightly sheer. It lifts when the model turns, and on the sleeves you can see the arm through it.
The dress has a lining, according to the maker, so the body and the skirt are not see-through. The lapel, the waistband and the cuffs have a satin-like shine. The maker does not name that fabric separately.
Fit and silhouette: fitted waist, flared skirt
The size table runs from 34 to 40. Size 36 has a chest of 90 cm and a waist of 70 cm, size 38 has 94 and 74 cm. Each size adds one centimetre in length, from 91 to 94 cm.

Styling: heels and a small bag
The photos show the dress with pointed pumps and a small sparkly bag. That is all it needs.
With the black, sheer tights and a red lip make it a winter look. With the navy we like silver jewellery. Keep necklaces short or leave them off, because the lapel already frames the neckline.
