This long-sleeve maxi dress by Figl does a lot with very little. The maker calls it a simple maxi dress with long sleeves and a boat neckline, with an elastic band sewn in at the waist. There is no print and no trim.
It is 145 cm long in size S and 146.5 cm in XL, in 95% polyester with 5% spandex. Choose black, green or red.

The piece: models 203135 to 203137 by Figl
Figl lists one model per colour: 203135 in black, 203136 in green and 203137 in red. In the photos the green is a dark bottle green and the red is closer to wine than to tomato.
A correction first. This page used to call the dress floral. It is plain, in all three colours, and we have removed the word.
The cut has three parts. A top that blouses a little over the waist, a gathered elastic waist, and a full skirt that falls in long folds.
Who it's for
For you if you want to be covered from collarbone to ankle and still feel dressed up. Long sleeves, a high neckline and a floor-skimming skirt make this a modest dress in the literal sense.
It is also kind to changing bodies. The waist is elastic and the skirt has hips of 130 cm and more, so the only close-fitting parts are the sleeves and the shoulders.

The maker mentions no zip, and the photos show none. With a wide neckline and an elastic waist the dress most likely pulls on over the head, but that is our reading.
Fabric and feel: a soft drape with 5% spandex
The composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The supplier does not name the fabric type. In the photos it is matte, thin enough to gather tightly at the waist and heavy enough to hang straight down, with fine vertical folds in the skirt.
Fit and silhouette: long, with room in the skirt
Length barely changes between sizes: 145 cm in S, 145.5 in M, 146 in L and 146.5 in XL. So your height decides how the hem falls. On the model, in heels, it reaches the floor.
Pick your size by the chest, which runs from 96 cm in S to 108 cm in XL. The waist measures 72 to 84 cm and stretches with the elastic.

Styling: a belt changes everything
In the photos the dress is worn bare, with black pumps. That is the evening version. Add a belt over the elastic and a long pendant, and it becomes a day dress. Add flat boots and a chunky cardigan, and it is a winter weekend outfit.
The boat neck sits wide, so a scarf or a short necklace works better than a collar underneath.
Occasions
The maker says it suits many occasions, and a plain long dress does. Think of a winter wedding, a Christmas dinner, a concert or a formal family event. The black one is also an answer for occasions that ask for sober clothes.
Care: follow the label
The maker's data has no care instructions, so go by the label sewn into the dress. A long skirt picks up dirt at the hem first. Check it after a night out.
The wow detail: nothing on it
The detail here is the lack of one. No print, no buttons, no bow. Just a clean line across the collarbones and a long fall of fabric from the waist. It means the colour does the talking, and your jewellery, shoes or lipstick can be as loud as you like.
