This trapeze dress by Numoco is the kind you reach for on a grey morning. It has long sleeves, it ends at the knee and it is made of a thicker fabric with stretch: 90% polyester and 10% spandex.

Numoco calls it a trapezoidal dress for everyday wear, knee-length with long sleeves, in an elastic, thicker beige material for cooler days. The maker adds that it is a Polish product.
The photos show how the shape is made. Long seams run from the bust to the hem, front and back, and the panels between them widen as they go down. There is no waist seam and no belt, so the line from shoulder to knee is unbroken. The beige has a cool, slightly pink cast.
Who it's for
For you if you want a dress that is as easy as a jumper and trousers. You put it on, add shoes and leave.
It suits you if you like some shape at the top and room at the hips. The neutral colour makes it a base for whatever jacket or scarf you own.

The maker does not mention a zip, and the three photos don't show one. With 10% spandex the dress may simply pull on, but we can't confirm that.

The composition is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. The maker describes the material as elastic and thicker, and recommends the dress for cooler days. In the photos the fabric has a fine texture and enough weight for the skirt to hang in soft, even folds.
Ten percent spandex is a lot, so the dress should stretch readily across the bust and arms. The maker gives no fabric weight and says nothing about a lining.
Fit and silhouette: close on top, flared below
The maker's table gives size M a chest of 84 cm, a waist of 76 cm and a length of 95 cm. S is 94 cm long and L is 96 cm. XL makes a bigger jump: 96 cm at the chest, 88 cm at the waist and 100 cm in length.
The chest numbers are small, and the table doesn't say what they measure. On the model the bodice sits close and smooth, which fits a stretchy fabric cut slightly smaller than the body. If you are between sizes, the stretch will take you either way. Take the larger one if you want the bodice a little looser.

The model wears clear heeled sandals and a gold-tone necklace. For real life in autumn, think tights and ankle boots in brown or black, and a belt if you want a waist.
