This Awama dress fits at the shoulders and chest and lets go from there. The skirt is gathered into a seam under the bust and swings out wide, down to a hem above the knee.

The supplier's description is short. A mini dress on a stand-up collar with a deep neckline, long sleeves with cuffs fastened with press studs, slightly fitted at the top and flared at the bottom. It applies to all three colours.
The photos show what flared means here. In size S the maker lists a hem width of 160 cm against a chest of 92 cm. That is a lot of fabric, and it is why the skirt moves the way it does when the model walks.
On the colour buttons the pale one is called Lavender. The maker calls it pink. In the photos it sits between the two, a lilac pink.
